Annotation

The primary goal is provide to the public and law enforcement authorities in criminal and civil proceedings, including other related institutions and subjects, tool for calculating compensation to victims of traffic accidents. Especially in branch of immaterial loss such as pain and loss of amenity etc. Secondary goal is to create wide database of judgements sort by specific categories. This database will allow searching according to given parameters and result is shown as a specific amount of compensation based on final judicial decision. These decisions can be sorted with having regard to validity of new civil code.
