HR Award and Technology Transfer
On 20 January 2020, the Transport Research centre subscribed to the principles enshrined in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
The European Commission awards research institutions that implement the HRS4R strategy (The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) based on these principles. The institution aims to obtain the HR AWARD certificate. To awarded organization, and especially for its staff, The award ensures the European standard of care for employees, emphasizes the openness and transparency of the selection process, and above all the quality of the work environment.
Project solution timing:
The award is sought within the project OP RDE Development of Capacities for Researchand Development II at the Transport Research Centre, CZ.02.2.69 / 0.0 / 0.0 / 18_054 / 0014641, whose key activity is to set the strategic management of the research organization in accordance with the conditions to obtaining the HR Award.
The project solution period is from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
Project activities:
- Setting up the strategic management of the research organization in accordance with the conditions to obtaining the HR Award. The activity takes place throughout the project implementation.
- Strategic setting and development of human resources, gender equality and management of the research organization. The activity takes place throughout the project implementation.
- Strategic setting and development of cross-sectoral cooperation and technology transfer. Activity is implemented in the years 2021-2022.
Strategic setting and development of popularization of research and innovation. The activity takes place in the years 2021-2022.
